Subscription Services Cancellation and Refund Policy

Last Updated: August 25, 2026

Subscription Services

Your membership in the subscription program (the “Subscription Service”) begins at the moment you submit payment for the Subscription Service. We allocate a healthcare provider to your care once your intake is submitted, meaning that no refunds are available, except for Medical Disqualification. Submission of payment and/or intake constitutes your acceptance of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

The Subscription Services include access to healthcare providers, medications where clinically appropriate, lab services where applicable, online support, and related services to support your care.

Your Subscription Service price is a single, bundled price for the program purchased. It is not itemized by individual service, visit, shipment, or month, and no portion of it is separately refundable.

There is no guarantee of results or of the effectiveness of any treatment or care plan provided to you as part of your participation in or use of the Subscription Services.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy is incorporated into and governed by our Terms and Conditions.

All Sales Are Final

ALL PAYMENTS FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. This applies to every Subscription Service purchase, including single-month, multi-month, and bundled plans, and applies whether or not you have used any portion of the Subscription Services.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing access to a bundled program of services, not individual product, visit, or shipment.
  • No refund, credit, or partial refund will be issued once payment is submitted.
  • Non-use of the Subscription Services, including failure to complete your intake form, failure to attend or complete a consultation, or failure to fill or accept a prescription, does not entitle you to a refund.
  • Cancellation of your Subscription Service stops future billing only. It does not refund amounts already paid.

The sole exception to the foregoing is a provider-initiated medical disqualification, as described under “Medical Disqualification” below.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Subscription Service at any time and for any reason. To cancel, contact patient support at care@womensmeds.com or +1 (608) 891-6969 and request cancellation, or cancel through your online account/patient portal (if applicable).

Cancellation requests must be received at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date in order to stop the next charge. If your request is received inside that 72-hour window, your Subscription Service will be charged in accordance with the then-current billing cycle, that charge is non-refundable, and the cancellation will take effect at the start of the subsequent billing cycle.

After cancellation, you will continue to receive the Subscription Services through the end of the then-current paid term. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid.

Multi-Month and Bundled Plans

MULTI-MONTH AND BUNDLED SUBSCRIPTION PLANS ARE SOLD AS A SINGLE, INDIVISIBLE PURCHASE AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN WHOLE AND IN PART.

If you purchase a multi-month or bundled plan, you are purchasing the full term at a discounted, bundled rate in exchange for the full-term commitment. No refund or credit will be issued for any unused month, unused service, undelivered or unshipped medication, or remaining portion of the term, and the purchase price will not be prorated or reduced for any reason.

If you cancel a multi-month or bundled plan in a timely manner, the cancellation stops any future renewal of that plan. You retain access to the Subscription Services through the end of the term you purchased, and no portion of the amount paid will be refunded.

Medical Disqualification

If our healthcare provider determines that you are not clinically eligible for the Subscription Services, your Subscription Service will be canceled and you will be issued a refund for any unused portion of the amount paid for the then-current term. For purposes of this policy, used portions of Subscription Services include costs associated with a live or asynchronous consultation that has taken place; a healthcare provider review of your intake, records, and lab results; issued prescriptions; dispensed or shipped medication; or ordered or performed lab services.

If a medical disqualification occurs, the value of services already rendered will be deducted from your refund, and billing will stop going forward.

If you have questions about an eligibility-initiated cancellation, contact patient support at care@womensmeds.com or +1 (608) 891-6969.

Medications, Damaged Items, and Incorrect Items

Federal law generally prohibits the return of prescription medications to pharmacies for refund or reuse once they have been ordered for a patient. Accordingly, medications are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt. If any item appears damaged or incorrect, contact patient support immediately.

  • Damaged items: Damaged items may be replaced by the pharmacy upon receipt of evidence of damage. Replacement is the sole remedy; no refund will be issued.
  • Incorrect items: Incorrect items will be replaced by the pharmacy. Replacement is the sole remedy; no refund will be issued.

Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact patient support at care@womensmeds.com or +1 (608) 891-6969 before initiating a dispute with your card issuer or bank so that we can review the charge. Initiating a payment dispute does not alter the non-refundable nature of the Subscription Services under this policy.

Subscription Services FAQs

What is included in my Subscription Services price?

Your Subscription Services price is a single price for the subscription purchased. It may include consultations, both live and via electronic form submission, review by a healthcare provider, medications fulfilled through a pharmacy, lab services, other healthcare services for which we collect payment, a 24/7 patient support line, and other services that support your medical journey. Because the price is bundled, it is not allocated to or refundable against any individual component.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind after I purchase?

No. All payments are final and non-refundable at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing, but amounts already paid will not be refunded, except in the event of Medical Disqualification.

I purchased a multi-month bundle and want to stop. Do I get money back for the remaining months?

No. Multi-month and bundled plans are non-refundable in whole and in part, including for months in which no medication was shipped or no services were used.

What if my healthcare provider determines I am not eligible?

If a provider determines you are not clinically eligible, your subscription will be canceled and you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your then-current term. The refund amount will be calculated by subtracting the cost of any services already rendered (such as consultations or provider reviews) from the total amount paid. Contact patient support at care@womensmeds.com or +1 (608) 891-6969 with questions.

I paid but never completed my intake form. Can I get a refund?

No. Non-use of the Subscription Services, including failure to complete your intake form, does not entitle you to a refund.
